When you contact us, book a tour, join the waitlist or create a parent portal account, we collect the details you provide, for example your name, email address, phone number, your child's name, date of birth and age group, and any notes you share with us. We do not ask for national identification numbers on this website.

We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry, confirm tour bookings, manage your child's enrolment and communicate with you about your child's place with us. We do not sell your information.

From time to time we take photographs and short videos of activities in the setting. We only share images that include your child on our public channels with your written consent. You can grant or withdraw consent at any time by writing to Admin@junglecubs.org.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you and your child at any time. Please write to Admin@junglecubs.org and we will respond promptly.
